Kettering Town U11's win Parklands Tournament

Kettering Town U11's won the first tournament of 2010. Drawing the first match and winning the remaining knockout stages set them up for the semi final, which they won 3-0 against Corby Kingswood Blacks.
Kettering faced Corby Kingswood White in the final. Despite beating them twice in the knockout stages, this was set to be a difficult match. Both teams played good football and Kettering got the winning goal with only 2 minutes left of the match. Great result and another great achievement from the U11's.

Would moving kids' football to a summer game help improve the development of young footballers?
Yes - better pitches mean a better chance to develop technique/skills
No - wouldn't make any real difference to development
Maybe - but I'd be worried about more injuries on firm pitches
