The Umbro International Women's Soccer Festival Manchester England 21st-22nd July 2007 This fantastic women's football tournament - the Manchester Cup is sponsored by Umbro and is the largest and most prestigious soccer tournament played in the UK. Each year it attracts 48 teams.
All games are played at Manchester University's Armitage sports complex, the venue used to host the 2002 Commonwealth Games.
There are three levels of competition for all levels of ability with prestigious trophy awards, main finals and plate competitions...
1) Elite Womens Competition
2) Senior Womens Competetion
3) Recreational Womens Teams
Teams play a minimum of 5 games, returning year after year to play on the magnificent field and savour the fantastic atmosphere.
